MAIN DOCTRINES
THE BIBLE IS THE INSPIRED WORD OF GOD

2 Timothy 3:16-17
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

WATER BAPTISM

The symbolic act of water baptism is a step of obedience declaring Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior and that your sins are forgiven. Water baptism demonstrates your faith in Jesus as the one you’ve fully surrendered your life to.

While going under water is representative of your old life, coming out of the water represents your brand new life with Jesus Christ.

When you are in a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ, you can live every single day with the assurance that God is going to give you guidance for your life. He sets you free!
Romans 6:4
We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.
Matthew 28:19
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit...

COMMUNION

1 Corinthians 11:23-26
For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you: The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, “This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me.” In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me.” For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.
The two symbols of Communion are: The Bread & The Cup
If you have asked Christ to be your savior we invite you to take Communion with us at New Life. You do not need to be a Member of our church.

INTERESTED IN HAVING YOUR CHILD DEDICATED AT NEW LIFE?
CHILD DEDICATION
Child Dedication at New Life Church is a special time of public and personal commitment when parents promise to raise their child with the purpose of leading them toward a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Child Dedication is not the same as infant baptism or christening. It is the practice of New Life Church to dedicate children. Parents are promising to raise their child(ren) with Godly principles and with the desire that one day, their child will receive Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. We believe that the Bible teaches that baptism should take place after a person has made a personal choice to follow Jesus Christ, as outlined in Matthew 28:19-20. We therefore wait until a person is at an age where he or she can make a spiritual decision for themselves before we consider baptism. Christening is simply another word for infant baptism.
Dedication Services are held four times per year at New Life Church. Watch for upcoming dates online or in your church bulletin.
