At NLC, we believe in reaching and equipping people with the right tools and resources in order to steward their gifts in the way God created them. We believe in having a servant-heart, and have many areas of opportunity to serve!

KIDS

If you're high energy, love kids of all ages, and are eager to show them the love of Christ in a fun and exciting way - our kids ministry would love to have you apart of all that we are doing!

STUDENTS

Our student ministry serves both Junior High, and High School age students. We are always in need of quality, fun, and relatable volunteers to help lead and mentor our students!

YOUNG ADULTS

Our Young Adults ministry is for young adults, ages 18-29. Young Adults is a great ministry to join if you have a heart for pouring and equipping our young adults with Godly wisdom, direction, and leadership.

CREATIVE

Are you skilled and gifted in the creative arts? Our Creative department is always looking out for passionate videographers, photographers, graphic designers, and other media/design creatives to help bring a beautiful and engaging Sunday experience to our congregation.

WORSHIP

If you are passionate and gifted in the area of Worship and instruments - The Worship department would love to give you a shot at joining our Worship team. As a Worship Volunteer, you could help lead worship during one of our multiple worship services on Sundays, or for our many ministries such as students, kids, special events, and more!

PRODUCTION

The production department is a great place to get hands on experience in all things AVL. We are always in need of sound engineers, camera operators, lighting technicians, ProPresenter operators, Broadcasting and live stream techs, and more.

HOSPITALITY

If you love to smile, you're high energy, and never shy away from meeting new faces - The Hospitality team is the team for you!
