Please note that some volunteer positions require the successful completion of a background check prior to serving. 

At NLC, we believe everyone has a place to serve. We’re passionate about helping people use their God-given gifts with a servant heart. Here are some opportunities to get involved:

  • Kids – Serve children of all ages in a fun, Christ-centered environment

  • Students – Mentor and lead Junior High and High School students

  • Young Adults – Invest in ages 18–29 through leadership and discipleship

  • Creative – Use media, design, photography, or video skills

  • Worship – Help lead worship through music and vocals

  • Production – Support AVL, livestream, and tech teams

  • Hospitality – Welcome and connect with guests

  • Connect Groups – Lead or help facilitate small groups

  • Helping Hands – Meet practical needs in our church and community
