WHAT WE BELIEVE:
Water Baptism

WATER BAPTISM
Baptism offers us an opportunity to celebrate the amazing work God has done in the lives of Christ-followers and is a public testimony to others that you are a believer in Christ.
We encourage believers to be baptized by immersion, following the example in the New Testament.
At NLC, we wait until our children are old enough to believe and understand
the true meaning of baptism before we baptize them.

CHILD DEDICATION
Add some info about this item
Child Dedication at New Life Church is a special time of public and personal commitment when parents promise to raise thier child with the purpose of leading them toward a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Child Dedication is not the same as infant baptism or chiristening. It is the practice of New Life Church to dedicate children. Parents are promising to raise their child(ren) with Godly principles and with the desire that one day, their child will receive Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. We believe that the Bible teaches that baptism should take place after a person has made a personal choice to follow Jesus Christ, as outlined in Matthew 28:19-20. We therefore wait until a person is at an age where he or she can make a spiritual decision for themselves before we consider baptism. Christening is simply another word for infant baptism.
Dedication Services are held four times per year at New Life Church. Watch for upcoming dates online or in your church bulletin. Download an application HERE
